Yes, you can completely remove any photos or text from any of the templates. You can simple delete any text you don’t want, and insert a blank image (comes with the turnkey package) to remove the realtor photos.  Just click on the Realtor logo and select the “Blank_Image_(Use this to erase photos).gif” file that came with the templates.  This will remove any image or logo from the template.

As a for sale by owner, you can definitely use these templates to market your home.  Plus, you can try the templates for up to 60 days and return them if you don’t like them.
