Turnkey Flyers is the brainchild of Reuben Fine – graphic designer/entrepreneur, and Rey Marques – web designer/entrepreneur. Both Reuben and Rey have worked for years helping real estate agents with their marketing needs.

Turnkey Flyers provides simple flyer templates to busy real estate professionals, empowering them to create high quality flyers without spending a fortune on marketing.

After years of designing flyers for top producing real estate agents in Southern California, Reuben discovered a new way to template his designs using advanced Adobe technology. After teaming up with Rey, the pair introduced Turnkey Flyers based on Reuben’s best custom designs. In his spare time he enjoys taking trips with his wife and two kids.

Rey began building websites in the 7th grade as a hobby, which later transformed into a business. When he met Reuben, he instantly realized the potential for helping agents who struggled with technology. He continually updates the technology behind Turnkey Flyers to ensure an enjoyable user experience. In his spare time you can find him at the beach with his girlfriend in northern San Diego.
