Maintaining Motivation and Positive Attitude

Let’s face it… maintaining positive attitude is hard… here are 6 ways to maintain your motivation and attitude:

  1. Maintain a positive inner dialogue not only about your customers, but about yourself (Your Inner Locus of Control).
  2. Reflect daily, weekly, and monthly on things that are going well and what successes/victories you’ve had.
  3. Commit to practices of Excellence every day; “Successful people are willing to do the things that less successful people are not willing to do.”
  4. When you are having a bad day, “Fake it until you make it,” (MY FAVORITE!) choose to rise about it and not focus on negativity, blame, and complaints.
  5. Expect the best out of people around you every day and avoid constant complainers and low performers. “Choose to soar with eagles.”
  6. Every day on you way to the office or a listing, visualize yourself succeeding, have confident expectations.

It’s a proven fact, based on 100 years of studies that:

People WITH goals always outperform those WITHOUT goals.

Benchmark your goals and maintain a positive attitude on every client transaction… believe and know that this will pay dividends for the future!
