I was approached by a client of mine that asked me to make a quick 1 photo real estate template for her. She was sitting-in on an Open House the next day, so she needed one in a hurry. As fast as I could design I made her this flyer style. It worked great. She was able to pull a picture from the other agent, slap it on and brand her as the agent of the property.

I figured this might be a common issue with agents when they “pick-up” an open house and need real estate flyers in a hurry… so I nicknamed this flyer the “shotgun” flyer, for those times you just need something quick and simple.

This brochure template is also useful when driving around with clients previewing properties. Some homes run out of flyers, or the agents forget to re-fill the boxes… take a quick snapshot of the property and make flyer for your client so they can have a reminder of their favorite new home!

How to make bullet points!

Bullet points are the #1 most requested feature from a recent survey we conducted… YES, you can add bullet points to your real estate flyer templates. Here is how to do it:

1. Select the text area you wish to place your bullet points.
2. Hold down the [ALT] key on your keyboard, then press the [7] key on your keypad (not the upper # keys but the keys on the right side of your keyboard)

Laptop users:

Same process but you will have to turn on NUMBER LOCK, then press [7].

Alternative Bullet Points

If you choose to you can always you any one of the symbol keys found on your keyboard. Simply type in the symbol key and viola… you have a fancy bullet point!

The photos are laid-out vertically and the property information is sectioned onto the right. Compare that to our orginal “Flag” style layout.

From previous feedback and voting, this was the most popular design layout! However, is this outdated or out-done? Would you like to see a different layout?
