NEW FLYER FEATURE! Bold, Italic, Underline and More…
YES, we have added a new feature to our new real estate brochure templates called TEXT STYLE. Now you can use advanced text styling to enhance your property information… You can now use BOLD, Italics, Underling, Superscript, and/or Subscripting! You can also combine them to make BOLD/Italics…
This new feature adds an easy layer of editing and customization without sacrificing simplicity. Here is how to do it:
1. Open your flyer and select the text you would like to edit.
2. Right-click on your mouse and a dialog box will open. Select: Text Style and your style selections will appear. Simply select the style you would like and… viola! You’ve got STYLE!

If you would like to get really nifty… here are a list of SHORT CUT commands to use to make this process fast and easy…
First… select (highlight) the text you wish to add styling.
- For BOLD = Press and HOLD Control (Command for Mac Users) + B
- For Italic = Press and HOLD Control (Command for Mac Users) + I
- For Underline = Press and HOLD Control (Command for Mac Users) + U
